Life Habit Reprogramming
Habits are a result of repetitive and automated thought processes, which makes them hard to break. People must then reprogram themselves with new repetitive processes in order to put their goals into action. The whole point is to immediately mark detrimental habits that inhibit the accomplishment of life goals and then reprogram them. A very useful way to break them is to break down each habit into its integral parts and then carefully reprogram each action.
Studies show that if something is done consistently for thirty consecutive days, it becomes an automated and natural habit. This is a highly effective exercise, since it does not require time to be spent thinking or energy expended to push oneself to continue. Usually, the best strategy is to choose four to six crucial habits, which are all aligned to the goal and carefully monitor progress using an Excel file. These are called “Goal habits”. In addition, those that are prepared tend to choose and track a few habits that are crucial to the support of the main habits. These are called “Support habits,” which should be into four categories. An organized stratification revolving around mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects will keep some sort of balance, which is always a necessary component, especially if an extreme challenge has been set.
